Anxiety & Social Anxiety
Anxiety can interfere with daily functioning, relationships, and overall well-being. Social anxiety, in particular, can make it difficult to engage in meaningful connections, advance at work, or feel comfortable in everyday situations.
Drawing on both cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches, we will use practical tools to help you identify the thought patterns and behaviors that fuel your anxiety. Together, we’ll develop skills to manage worry and social discomfort, challenge unhelpful thoughts, strengthen your sense of self-worth, and cultivate a greater sense of calm and confidence in daily life.
